ArtRecruits is an art-based, skill-building program by Prospect that teaches workplace skills in the art studio instead of a classroom.
What to expect?
Participants in this program will:
- build skills such as time management, communication, problem solving, teamwork, conflict resolution, stress management, planning, and the ability to work independently
- create art, using different media and processes with the purpose of learning workplace skills and personal growth
- engage a community partner in the creation of a joint art project and public exhibition
- make progress towards job placement, career development or educational goals
