Building an Inclusive Workforce

This training offers a high-level look at diversity and inclusion. You’ll discover widespread assumptions and misconceptions that can impact the inclusiveness of a workplace, and receive an overview of some of the topics that are best discussed within organizations exploring diversity. The session finishes by highlighting the benefits of a diverse workplace and discussing ways to create an environment that exemplifies inclusion and diversity.
