It is with intention that we can create positive changes in our lives.
The focus of this module is to speak about the Mental State that we create with INTENTION and the commitment that we make to ourselves to carry actions and mental activities to support an intended change.
The first step is to understand the power of INTENTION and how to become in touch with that aspect of ourselves.
We will also have discussions about how your beliefs, desires and memories can affect your life in a positive or negative way, and how beliefs, desires, and memories can be aligned to a new intention.
Participants in this module will learn:
- How to create an understanding of the power of intention.
- How to use intention to review ideas, actions and beliefs that have been driven your habitual responses.
- Strategies for change that will allow you to align with new intentions.
