This 1-hour workshop will introduce different strategies of time management, ways of organizing your day and why it is an important skill in the workplace.

Participants should be able to attend the workshop via Zoom. Participants can join from any compatible device; however, in order to benefit in the most efficient way, participants are encouraged to arrange either a laptop, a computer or a tablet to attend and practice.
