Prospect’s Forces@WORK: Public Safety Personnel program supports former military members and public safety personnel with a successful career transition from their established military or public safety personnel role to a post-service career path and life.
Foundational Literacy Program

Prospect Employment Services
Prospect Employment Services (PES) helps Calgarians discover where the jobs are, which employers are hiring, and how you can improve your opportunities. PES offers workshops and online events to help you with your job search.

Prospect's PDD services support adults with developmental disabilities in experiencing an enhanced quality of life through increased workforce and community participation.
Peer Support Group
Our Peer Support Groups for Job Seekers provide a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who are also facing the challenges of unemployment. Whether you’re newly unemployed or have been searching for a while, this group is a place to share experiences, reduce feelings of isolation, and learn strategies that can support your success.

Rocky View and Wheatland Employment Services provide job seekers in Airdrie, Cochrane, Strathmore and surrounding areas with tools to make a successful job search. Career Advisors and job search resources help people get the job they want.
Skills for Success - Strathmore
Using art-based learning, the Skills for Success program helps unemployed or underemployed Albertans from the greater Strathmore area improve their skills move closer to the work force.
Prospect's Studio C
Studio C is Prospect’s award-winning Collaborative Art Centre; a public studio and gallery that uses art to equip people who face barriers to employment. Through our services, participants gain skills and confidence for employment opportunities. Studio C promotes inclusion and empowers the community.
Transition to Employment and Workplace Training for Job Seekers
Prospect’s Workplace Training program helps unemployed and underemployed Albertans in Rocky View and Wheatland communities gain paid work experience and industry-relevant skills through customized on-the-job training. Tailored support empowers participants to build lasting careers close to home.
The WORX
The WORX provides employment search services to Calgarians with all types of disabilities. In addition to information resources and assistive technologies, The WORX also offers a variety of employment services including career counselling, education and skill training placement and help finding a job.
Youth Apprenticeship Connection Program
Prospect’s Youth Apprenticeship Connections Program provides comprehensive support for youth in government care with Children and Family Services and young adults receiving supports from the Transition to Adulthood Program and Advancing Futures aged 16-24. The program is available is now available across Alberta.
Youth Assessment Services
Youth Assessment Centre assists youth in the Central and Calgary Regions of Community and Social Service to attain their high school education.
