The WORX is an employment program offered by Prospect that helps people with disabilities prepare for, find, and keep meaningful work - all at no cost. Whether you're just starting your job search, returning to work, or looking for extra support, we're here to help.
We offer flexible, personalized services that meet you where you're at. You choose the level of support that works best for your goals. Our team includes career advisors, mental health professionals, peer mentors, and employer engagement specialists who work together to support your journey.
