Employment support for people with disabilities

The WORX is an employment program offered by Prospect that helps people with disabilities prepare for, find, and keep meaningful work - all at no cost. Whether you're just starting your job search, returning to work, or looking for extra support, we're here to help.

We offer flexible, personalized services that meet you where you're at. You choose the level of support that works best for your goals. Our team includes career advisors, mental health professionals, peer mentors, and employer engagement specialists who work together to support your journey.


What We Offer

One-on-one help with resumes, interviews, and job applications
Get personalized support to build a strong resume, prepare for interviews, and apply for jobs that match your skills and interests.

Career planning and goal setting
Work with a Career Advisor to explore your options, set realistic goals, and create a plan that fits your needs and strengths.

Group workshops and self-guided tools
Join interactive workshops or use online tools to build confidence, learn new skills, and stay motivated during your job search.

Bootcamps focused on digital skills and job readiness
Take part in short, focused bootcamps that teach you how to use technology for job searching, including email, online applications, and virtual interviews.

Short-term training and certifications
Access training opportunities that help you qualify for specific jobs, including certifications and skill-building courses.

Creative, hands-on learning through art-based activities
Build confidence, communication, and collaboration through experiential learning inspired by the ArtRecruits model. These activities help you develop workplace skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Access to mental health professionals and peer mentors
Get support from professionals and peers who understand the challenges of job searching and can help you stay focused and resilient.

Support to stay motivated and manage stress
Learn strategies to manage anxiety, build self-esteem, and stay on track with your employment goals.
